Hey there, so I am doing something with my 10 year old black lab, Gunner. I started 2 weeks ago and I am going to document everything I do and share it with you as I do it. He was hit by a truck when he was only 11 months old. It shattered his back leg and as a result he has a 7" steel plate and 6 screws in his leg. Now it is pretty common for Labs to have hip problems. He is getting pretty crippled up and walking really stiff. He also has been having some breathing problems, like he has something in his throat. He hacks and coughs all of the time when he breaths, and it gets worse when he runs or getting excited. So I put an 12 mRem grey stone in his giant water tub 2 weeks ago to see if I couldn't turn things around for him. 4 days ago, my husband and I both noticed that his breathing was starting to sound more normal and not so strained or labored. Now he only coughs after he runs hard. My conclusion is that the stone is helping him to breath better. Time will tell and I will keep you posted on his progress with an update every couple of weeks..... so here is to Gunner walking better and breathing good...

Summer time fun

Hey Y'all, I want you to take a special notice of the summer special that just came out for the month of August. My husband and I were doing a little brain storming the other night and that is what we came up with. The reason HE really came up with it is due to the fact that he has been running a lot of heavy equipment this summer and his lower back was really taking a beating. He has always had somewhat of a lower back problem most of his adult life. When ever we travel long distances and he would step out of the vehicle he could barely stand up straight and had one heck of a kink in his back. He started putting the mudpack on his lower back while driving and couldn'd believe the difference it made. So after 13 hours on the track hoe and an incredibly sore back, he decided to try the mudpack while working...... guess what??? he wore it the next day and he was amazed at how much better his back felt after running the track hoe for 12 hours. He hasn't gone a day without if ever since then and he is in much better shape because of it.....I think you will be amazed at the difference it will make if you too have a back problem. . I strongly recommend it for anyone who does any hard physical labor, running heavy equipment or long driving trips.....it really is a great thing....

So hello everyone. I have to tell you all that I have a wonderful new grand daughter. She is about 11 days old today. The thing I want to share with you is that during my daughter-in-law's pregnancy (while she was still able to sleep on her back) she was having some lower back pain and pain in her tail bone. I gave her the mudpack to sleep on and her back and tail bone did get better over night. She used it as long as she was sleeping on her back and it helped the entire time. The other thing I would like to share is that we have been getting a lot of rain lately and the brought out the mosquitoes in full force. Well at a BBQ we had this weekend I received several bites that were itching out of control. I decided to try putting a thick paste of mud on the bites and guess what??? They are not itching as much. It isn't quite completely gone, but way better............and you know what I always say. You can't argue with the facts. These facts are the ones involved in my life specifically and that I myself have witnessed...... How about that????

It'll sneak right up on you

Hello to all. I just returned back from a week long vacation in Mexico. It was great to relax and I just love the fresh seafood and sun and surf... My reason for telling you this is because I am constantly realizing the benefits of the RH stones without really thinking about it. I know I have previously told you about how my husband's knees quit hurting after a few months on the stones and we can't be sure just when, because one day he just realized that they didn't hurt anymore. Well it's kind of a feminine thing but I used to have CHRONIC urinary tract infections (UTI). My doctors told me I would have them for the rest of my life and would have to take antibiotics for the rest of my life too. On every vacation I have ever taken I have gotten a UTI. I have had to either go to the emergency room or get some medicine. Well I have been on the stones for 1 year now and this is the first vacation that I HAVE NOT had to see a doctor or get meds. Then it dawned on me that I can't remember the last time I had an infection. The only thing different in my life is the kit. I use it faithfully and taa daa, it has worked... So I started thinking about what else has changed that I haven't really thought about and my allergies have been less bothersome this year and I haven't had to do any prescription nasal sprays like I have for the past 10 years. My eyes used to itch horribly and grow a type of fungus on them from the allergies and I had prescription drops for them as well. Not this year. It is so much better that I can't believe it. I have lived in the same house for the last 21 years so not much has changed in here as far as grass, flowers and pollen. One more thing I can add and remember these are not stories I am getting from someone else, they are things that I can attest to. They happened to me. HOT FLASHES... it is something that comes to most women in their 40s and up. Mine were getting pretty bad and very often. I recently noticed that I really don't have them much at all anymore. I used to have several each day and through the night and now I have maybe a 1 or 2 per week. I honestly believe that this is due to the stones, because when I don't wear them faithfully I do notice that the hot flashes start to increase in length and numbers. So I want all of you to stop and think..........how many of you have specific areas of your health that has improved and you haven't really stopped to think about it. my secret little first aid kit

Well we have discussed quite a bit of healing properties with the RH and I just want to remind everyone about the great things the green stone can do for us. I have used it on my bruises and it is amazing what you can actually see with your own eyes in less than 24 hours. After a bruise comes to the surface, tape a green stone on and leave it overnight. You won't believe your eyes when you take it off the next morning. The amount of healing will simply amaze you. I have also told you how it helps with allergy/sinus headaches. Heat it up and place on the bridge of your nose and within 20 minutes the headache is subsiding. Bug bites and bee stings are also going to faster with the use of the green stone. My cousin had several ant bites and put the green stone over a couple of them. She had too many to cover them all. The two that she covered with the green stone healed much faster than the others with out the stone... We have also discussed the mud and how it will take the burning sensation right out of a topical skin burn almost instantly, well it can also be used with the pain of a bug bite or a bee sting. So now that warm weather is upon us and we are outdoors more, exposed to sunburns, bug bites and allergy headaches we should keep our kit handy for first aid. One more thing for this warm weather and the kit, the water is great for seedlings and starts for herbs and veggies... I have been watering my herbs and tomato seedlings with it for a few weeks and what a difference it is making. Everything is growing fast and strong.....I will have herbs put up for the winter....

Hi there, I have had some people inquire about the water stone. They would like to know the different ways to incorporate the radiated water into their daily life. You know that after the 2 week acclamation period you can drink as much as you would like. My husband I drink it all of the time all day long. It isn't the only thing we drink, but we definitely get our share and I do really notice if I am not drinking it. So let me share with you the different things I do with the water stone to ensure that I am getting what I need. First of all I have one in my water dispenser like most people do. Next I have one in my coffee pot reservoir, I fix the pot the night before and set it to go off in the morning so it is done when I get up. The fact that the water sits in the reservoir with the stone overnight charges my coffee water. Between my husband and I , the pot is gone in under 3 hours.. I have one in a travel jug full and ready to go in the refrigerator. That way if I have to go anywhere and haven't had my water yet, I can grab it and go. I also have one in my ice tea pitcher, we drink a lot of tea, and my tea stays radiated all of the time. You can use your charged water to heat for a cup of tea or soup. It can be used for cooking. Lastly we do a lot of camping and fishing in the summer and yes I have a gallon water dispenser in the camper with the stone in it. I fill it the night before we leave and put it back in the camper and have my water for camping....I hope this helps if anyone was needing some ideas. Spring showers brings Spring allergies

Hello to all and Happy Spring:
If you are anything like my family and friends then you probably suffer from allergies of some kind. Whether it be hay fever, dust or anything else, you could end up with a sinus headache. Well my husband and I have already been experiencing this problem. The green stone works amazingly well for this. When we get a sinus headache we simply heat the green stone under hot tap water, lay back in our chair and place the stone on our forehead between our eyebrows. We have done this about a dozen times so far this year and within 20 to 30 minutes the headache is gone. My mother was visiting about a week ago and has had terrible allergies all of her adult life and she had a sinus headache all that day. I had her lay down and put the green stone and 1/2 pack on her head. She said the pain had subsided significantly in 1/2 an hour. I also have to tell you that I have been on the stones for 11 months and this is the first spring of several that I have felt relief from my allergies. My eyes haven't itched once yet this year and that is a record I can attest to. I am usually popping OTC allergy pills and carrying eye drops in every thing I've got. Not this year..... AAAHHHH RELIEF.... Those are my facts... and you know what I say...

Miracles Never Cease

Good Morning, Well it has been an absolutely wonderful week. :-D
A good friend and co-worker got a clean cancer screen and you can look forward to a video testimony from her. The little 10 year old girl with the skin condition that I spoke about in an earlier blog is doing remarkably well. Her skin is looking very good, the redness is gone and the itching has subsided and she is just glowing in her short sleeve shirts and skirts.
I have received news from a couple of new clients and they are just astounded by the results and feeling of well being from the use of the stones and say they would not give them up for anything.
I read some of the responses for the 2 question survey, (thank you to those who participated) and some of you commented that you have had no results to the stones what so ever. I can only say to this that: everyone is different, responds differently to everything and in different amount of times....
I have clients that have had their necklace start turning black within the hour of placing it on their neck. Some it takes weeks and up to months to turn at all. A few people had to start out with a tablespoon of the water at a time and other have been able to drink a quart of water. Everyone is different.....
I would like to suggest to those of you that are not seeing the results that you would like, just don't give up. It does work and results will arrive. Be faithful with the use of the stones and just continue with them. One never knows what it is preventing or stopping. We know for a FACT that they will aide in soft cell tissue stimulation and regeneration.... these are the facts...

Pet month is This month

Good Day.... as you have probably seen in our newsletter it is pet month and we do have a pet special. I can honestly that I have seen some absolutely amazing things with dogs and cats. I have neighbors that even use the stones in their stock water tanks. The cattle and horses benefit from the RH as well as people and the smaller animals. My brother in law has an 11 year old black lab and she was just having trouble going up and down stairs and getting around. We got a water stone for her bowl about 4 months ago and she is improving, and getting around a little better. Keep in mind that she is 11 and has had several litters of puppies, so she isn't going to act 4 again, but she is seeming to be in less pain and taking the stairs better all of the time. We all love our pets and want them to be comfortable too. You should also go back through the blogs and read about my 17 years old cocker spaniel and my friends golden retriever. Really honest stories about the animals. They seem to be very susceptible to the RH from the water. The water stones and mudpack are somethings that I value very much and so they are so easy to use. Put the water stone in the water dish and the mudpack in the bed they sleep in. You will will be helping your pet to feel their best. I think everyone should have them....Until tomorrow...

The Skin You're In

Hello to all of you. I haven't been here in awhile, just doing a few other things. I have run accross some people that all have a similar issue. Their skin and scalp. There is a little girl in the small town where I live that has a chronic case of psoriasis. She has tried many different medicines but to no long term relief. I have wanted to approach her parents, but wasn't quite sure how to do it. The opportunity did arise and after talking to them and loaning them the book and dvd they decided to try it. So she is now on the kit with grey and green stones, mag baths and drinking the water and sleeping on the mud pack..she is seeing such a relief in the itching she is happier than she has been in awhile. She herself told me this with a BIG smile on her face. We have taken before pictures to monitor the progress and I am keeping track of her for all the world to see our end results, and we are getting some. We received an email from a lady whose son had eczema and she wanted us to know that it cleared up after drinking the water and wearing the necklace after only 1 1/2 weeks. We recently received another email from a gentlman that has a dandruff, scalp fungal issue. I guess I should say had an issue. He says it is completely gone when medicine and shampoos did not help. Good day to all. Have any of you been burned? Not by the sun, but a hot cooking stove, wood stove etc? Well I witnessed friend of mine trip and lean right into a wood stove, laying his hand directly open palmed right on top of the hottest part. He tried the cold water, towel soaked in cold water with ice and even aloe vera and it wasn't until he put his hand into the mud of a mudpack that the pain actually subsided. He said it completely quit hurting. I saw him the next day and his hand even had the appearance of starting to heal. Pretty amazing stuff. I was thinking I might need one in my first aid kit for just such emergencies...... mud for burns.....

Hello there, I want to touch base on some of the issues I have discussed in the past. My Dog, my niece, my neighbor, my husband, and a new addition my aunt. Well my little cocker spaniel is getting ready to turn 17 and you guessed it, she is better than ever. Today we took her to our dog groomer and she even made the statement that "she seems better than she ever has, she is a lot more calm, and seems healthier." My dog groomer has been grooming Lacy for at least 10 years and she would notice. My niece with the fungus, has NONE. Her mother told me that it has completely cleared up. My niece wears the necklace, carries the green stone and drinks the water. My neighbor a ranch man was having aches and pains in his knees, and ankles. He put the kit to use and within a couple of weeks noticed a significant decrease in the pain. He took a little trip without his water and he could feel the pain intensify a little. When he got home he started right back on the water and he saw the positive results very quickly. Now my new addition my aunt has had back/neck trouble for several years. She has even had surgery, and I am talking major surgeries, a couple in the past several years. My cousin and I decided that this is just what she needed to try. Well hello to all. Happy New Year and let's make it a good one. So I need to share an experience I just had over the holiday. You know it is the season for dressing up and traveling, visiting with family and friends. Well I will tell you that I really enjoy the festive holidays wearing dressy formal clothes and accessorizing with great jewelry. I took off my stones to wear other necklaces. I didn't wear jeans much so chose not to carry my other stones. (I could have put them in my bra). I was really busy and traveling so I didn't drink much of the water..... Well after a week of neglecting my stones, I got a cold/sorethroat, cough. As soon as I realized what I had done I got my kit together and drenched myself with radiation hormesis. I did inhales with my grey and green, put my necklace back on, made tea with the water and yes put my green stones in my bra. Guess what happened......?????? I didn't have the flu/cold for the standard 9 days, it only lasted about 5. I got better fast. I believe that because I had been using them, I have a stronger immune system, and because I started back in full force it helped fight the virus/bacteria....... I won't make that mistake again. I have introduced several people to the idea of radiation hormesis. Several of them are skeptical and hesitant. athlete's foot, warts and allergies

Hey everyone, oh boy do I have some exciting news and it's from personal experience:
So I know a little girl that is 8 and has some kind of fungus(I think it's athlete's foot) on her feet and sometimes on her hands. She also has planters warts and little bumps on the backs of her arms. Well since I love this little girls very much I decided to get her started on radiation hormesis therapy. She wears a stone necklace and carries a small green stone in her pocket and drinks the water when she remembers. Well guess what.......... the fungus is gone off of her hands and feet, the warts are gone and the little tiny dry bumps on her arms are going away. I also have a friend whose son has psoriasis. She gave her son the water to drink and he sleeps on the mudpack and he is having no trouble with his skin any longer. Now on to me. I have also had some skin issues with the little bumps on the backs of my arms and legs. They usually get worse in the winter and guess what........ Hey to all of you, sorry I have been gone for awhile, but no more. I wanted to blog a little bit about the water. I get a lot of questions about wether or not it tastes different, or if children can drink it, or if certain water is affected by the stone. Let me clear it all up. I think the water does taste a little different after being charged by the stone, BETTER. I have a friend that doesn't like to drink water at all, maybe one bottle per week. After she got a hold of the radiated water, she craves it. She wants to drink it all day long? Now that is a very healthy change. It will not harm children, animals or plants. On the contrary, it is very good for all 3. Lastly, any water can be used with this stone. It will only make it better. and FYI there are a few specials this month including the water stone. Questions I often am asked

Hello to all of you. First let me say that I am so often asked these questions that I thought I would blog about them. "Can you benefit from just one piece of the kit, can I wear just the necklace, or use just the water stone. Do all of my family members each need their own kit." Yes people can benefit from wearing the necklace or just by drinking the water, but the kit is designed to work all together and it works systemically. I do know people that wear just the necklace and have seen benefits, I know my dogs drink the water only and what great benefits they have seen. As far as each member having their own kit, well there are ways around it, but as I have said it works the BEST by using all of it together. There are two green stones in each kit, they can be shared by two people. You can also share the gallon of charged water with one stone. I would suggest getting an additional necklace and mudpack for each person to have. That is how 2 people could use a kit. This is a story from a friend of mine that I just wanted to share with all of you.. Dogs and cats do GREAT with the stones.

Buddy is my 12 year old Golden Retriever. He injured his hind leg in 2003, which required some reconstructive surgery (similar to our ACL surgery using pins). After the surgery, he wouldn't walk flat on his foot (I assume the tendons and ligaments wouldn't stretch out without pain). Ever since, he has walked on his tip toes, not placing his foot flat on the ground. This caused him to limp when he walked. Occasionally, he would actually carry the leg and not touch it down at all.

Since the end of September, he has been drinking radiation water with the gray water stone. I leave it in his water dish, so his water is always charged. About 2 weeks ago, we noticed he is walking normal and is standing completely flat footed again. He had many signs of arthritis as well, which seem to be much less severe. I'm sure the stones have not only added years to his life, but made them much happier and healthier ones!

Flu, Flu go away, don't come back again this way

Well we all know it is flu season and it isn't any fun. I have witnessed 2 different cases of the flu in which the life of the virus was cut short. It just so happens that one of these was my husband. He started out with standard sore throat and achey body, going into the chest and head. He has been on the stones since this last April, and has some great results. Anyway.... I told him that as a wellness instructor I had people do inhales with the stones for upper respiratory and lung issues, and that he may as well try it too. We put the green stone and the grey stone in a pot of water and brought it to a boil, turned it off, put a towel over his head and let him breath the steam for 5 minutes, then let his face AIR dry. He did this 4 times that day and "YOU KNOW IT", he was breathing better and coughing less. Nothing else he was doing helped as much as this. He did it off and on the next day and he is sooooooo much better that I though I had better share...... one more thing you can use this with is a humidifier. Several of us use them in the winter. It will cut down on bacteria build up in the humidifier and add radiation to your air. What a great idea to extend the radiation hormesis....... You just CAN'T argue with the FACTS....

So one of my girlfriends and I took a trip and she had some abdominal pain from an infection. I took my green stone out of my pocket and gave it to her to wear in her pants to help with the pain. That is not the story, although she did say the pain went away and she forgot about it. What the story is, she gave the stone to her sooo skeptical husband who was diagnosed with RA. He called me just two nights ago and said "Jamie do these stones work overnight?" I said not usually and he said "Well then I am your poster child. I am totally blown away." He then proceeded to tell me about putting the stone on his forearm with tape and sleeping with it on all night and wearing it all day. The pain in his knees, shoulder and wrist was gone. He couldn't believe it and he is totally sold on the whole package. Next on to my next story of the weekend... One of my very dear girlfriends had an earache/infection. She has been dealing with it off and on for some of the summer. Well it flared back up about a week ago and she has been just dealing with it thinking it would go away. It didn't and on Thursday she tried to get a Dr. appt. They said they could see her on Tuesday. He ear hurt to even touch. I gave her my green stone out of my pocket to use. 16 yr. old puppy update

Hello to all, so you have read about the miraculous improvement in my cocker spaniel "Lacy". I was reading on the discussion forum about a lady who has lost her skin tags (little moles) since using the stones. Well my husband brought it to my attention that all of the little and big moles on Lacy are starting to dissappear. I ran my hand down her back where I usually feel at least 3 small and large moles that I have actually mistaken for ticks, (yuk). I couldn't feel them anymore. She still has a few little ones on her ears and top of her head, but the others have dissappeared...... I will keep you posted on the progress as well as mine....

I have had some of my clients report this to me, and I gotta say there is some truth to the rumor (speaking for myself) So there is yet another reason for the women to want to use radiation hormesis and their guys to want them to use it. and what is my closing line???? Can't argue with the facts........

Well now my husband didn't really look crooked, but I think he really did feel that way. As we age things seem to change and we have more aches and pains. My sweetie was having so much pain in his knees at night he couldn't sleep. It was not bad during the day, but at night it was horrible. He even went to our family doctor twice,( and he isn't the go the doctor type) so I knew it hurt. They said that cortizone shots might be in order and to see how it goes. He wore a knee brace and tried all of the rub in ointments, but with no luck. Well I know you are going to guess what I am going to say..... He has been wearing the "kit" all the pretty stones for about 6 1/2 months and one morning not long ago, it dawned on him that his knees weren't hurting and hadn't been in quite awhile. He isn't really sure when they quit (you know how guys are), he just knows that they don't now......The only thing he changed was he started radiation hormesis.......

Hello to all of you , so this past week I was hiking and 4 wheeling and ended up with a big bruise on the inside of my knee. I mean a real bruise, deep purple with a yellow center. I bruise pretty easy and they usually take forever to go away. So this bruise was the size of a silver dollar and round. I took my NEW green stone and taped it to the bruise with waterproof medical tape for about 8 hours the first day. I couldn't believe how the exact area where the stone was taped had lightened an incredible amount. I showed it to my better half and he said I should do it again the next day, and I did. The result...............I now have a couple of pale purple slivers outside of the area that the rock covered and where the rock was taped is completely healed.......not a sign of the bruise at all.
These rocks never ceases to amaze me..

A 16 Year Old Puppy!!!!!!

Pretty interesting statement don't you think?? I have a 16 year old cocker spaniel and she was a little crippled up, having trouble going up and down stairs, sleeping 17 or more hours of the day and not going on my two mile walks anymore.... Well after 2 months of drinking radiated water, she now does the two mile walk, chases stuffed doggie toys finishing with the attack mode. She goes up and down the stairs and even jumps up onto things now. The only thing I changed with her is that I put a water stone in her water bowl and I fill it with my radiated water. She even plays with my two year old Shorkie now. My skeptical 23 year old son even sees the HUGE difference in her. It is truly amazing. I wonder what else it can do........ I will be trying other things......

Working with the "kit", those pretty little stones

I am a wellness instructor with Nighthawk Minerals. But wait......... before I was a wellness instructor at NHM, I was someone that was using the stones for overall health and prevention for cancer. I have high blood pressure and some of the inconvenient aches and pains that come with aging. I am in pretty good over all health. With in 2 weeks of starting on the kit I was able to cut my blood pressure medication in half. I have been on medication for 31 years. I actually couldn't believe it.
